We founded The HDTV Outlets with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO returns or exchanges. All TV’s sold by Global buy or The HDTV Outlet are open box, refurbished, and/or re-certified. it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the item purchased is not damaged/broken before leaving the store or accepting delivery. We will not warranty ANY items that have any type of physical damage.

Payment Methods

E-waste Recycle Fee

The Board of Equalization collects the covered electronic waste recycling fee ("fee") imposed by the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003 (Act) (Public Resources Code section 42460, et seq.). Starting January 1,2005, the Act requires you (the retailer or lessor) to collect a fee when you sell or lease certain video display devices to consumers. The consumer owes the fee on the purchase, but you must collect the fee when you make a retail sale or lease of a covered electronic device by any means, including a store, by mail order, or over the Internet. Sales to the U.S. Government are not exempt from the fee .

Standard Warranty

The HDTV Outlet will warranty items purchased for up to 3 months. The warranty covers only manufacturer defects ( parts & labor ) . Bright/dead/dark pixels are not covered under this warranty. If we determine the item has been subject to any type of physical damage, the warranty will be voided. Item must be brought back to store and picked up for all warranty claims.
